If I were looking at it after a long day in front of a computer screen, it would give me a headache.

Then, there's too many images used for navigation which takes some time to load - all could've been plain text links and still look nice.

My main issue is with main nav system. Some nice rollovers would help a lot as well as some way to know what section you're currently in. Another thought might be to change the header bg image from section to section.

Thanks for the comments so far, I know they have been pretty poor, but it's opened my eyes to stuff I have obviously been overlooking.
I have changed a few things, I've added a navigation breadcrumb, and a current section title. I have also changed the navigation titles to text as opposed to graphics.
I'm also working on some alternate heading graphics for each section, to clarify which area you are currently in.
Hopefully things will become a bit clearer once I have tweaked and polished.

Good work, Andy.PS-. The hair is unhygienic?...what´s this, a css forum or a hairdress room? ;-)

There is one thing (ore two) i really don't understand: first at all, the sunglasses using instead of <ul >-list-images and beside subheadlines and
second the whole lot of numbers below the logo or whatever... It SCARES me to death... They don't have any use, do they?
and last, why do you have two sidebar. i think it doesnt make much sense at all, because switching between the two bars when looking for information is ...well...silly. sorry ;-(
