I like the overall appearance of the site, it's nice and neat and seems to be well laid out for its expected visitors. I think th etex and colours however could be made easier to read (sans-serif headings/contrast +) for people visiting the site to get information, rather than a visual experience.

I like the soft and neutral color scheme. It'd been nice to see some softer variations in the drop shadows and stronger emphasis on the gradients. A stronger background color could be used too.
