Nice colors, but it reminds me a little too much of Brightcreative.

I agree -- very relaxing colors -- good choice... but it does look a lot like the Bright Creative design -- almost too much.

Yes, I was going to mention that as well (its resemblance to Bright Creative). But, I really think it's just inspired by that of Bright Creative.

I think it works well, but a few gripes:

The yellow doesn't seem to fit well.
The body background-image should be one solid color -- not a combination of three.

Anyhow, great site. And, I especially like your the of semantic elements (e.g., headings, unordered lists, paragraphs). However, on the "Diensten" page, the <acronym> tag should be used instead of <abbr> for you're defining acronyms -- not abbreviations -- and IE doesn't even support <abbr>.

Thanks for the response. I immediately used Christopher's advice about the <abbr> tags. I think it's always a dilemma whether to use <acronym> or <abbr>. Anyway, it doesn't surprise me that people think of Bright when they look at Farwoods.com. Many design studios have inspired me, Bright not excluded. I'm thinking of redesigning the site for that reason amongst others, since it is getting international attention now (Farwoods is a Dutch company).

Amazing. Nick, your site is one of the best I've seen. The only thing I'm concerned about is the dates of the news on the right. But everything else is just ... fantastic.
