My breath was taken away by this site. Compared to the last one, "Bright Desgn" or whatever it was, this is a strikingly stunning improvement. I think the layout is excellent and functional, and the navigation is quite clever. One thing I would suggest is to have the underlining on the hover and not when the link is neither hovered over nor active...forgive the confusing sequence of words.... But truly this is one that deserved to be showcased on this ... showcase : ).

especialy the "home" and "our work" site are realy beautiful.
the combination with the paperlike backround to the modern style works great.

the grey on the template "Our Capabilities" have too much contrast for me.
