hmm, aside from the fact that i dislike heavy icon use on sites, i still like this site. maybe it's the little doggy ...

Extreemly fresh and well laid out site, a quick peek behind the scenes shows advanced coding has been empoyed.

Lovely site, spoiled by the authors attempt at spamming the Search Engines.

NB author: Hiding keywords in H1 elements which are in turn commented out won't work and makes you look very unprofessional.

Hey Kev, I forgot to take out those comments, but you are correct, commented out h1 tags wont do anything to increase search ranking, and is very unprofessional. Thanks for the tip, I'll take them out now

usual CSS rollover menu problems in IE, it never refreshes fast enough. colour scheme works well though throughout as do the icons and the little doggie. will appeal to the SME audience i should think. good job.

Interesting, with the occasional fresh idea (like the mirror effect on the top bar which is done very nicely).

Yet, as good as the general layout works out, the content layout doesn't: Too many different font sizes, font colors, and line height variations. Unexplained spaces on the one side, paragraph margins that barely match the next paragraph's line height on the other. And the form input background is irritating, it looks like it's been forgotten to set.

Love it! It totally sucked me in, and had me reading the content: just what a site is supposed to do.

Well done.

Very playful and nice. A few minor layout issues in safari but very very well done.

Beautiful! A pleasing, friendly design that made me want to read the content.

Wow. This site is great!

The navigation is really clever, with the switching gradients and the Flash animation is really nice. The bottom links should probably stand out more.

I really like this site. It makes you want to stay and look around. Very dynamic colors and nice use of background images in the RTC page. It is light and fun. Great job!

I love it. I usually do not like sounds apon entering a website, but the accent of the voice that was speaking fit right in well. The colors and illustrations are nice and the code seems clean too. Good job to the creators.

Cheers Brian. We're very pleased with the outcome of Scallywag. Adding the sound put cherrys on the icing. Nice and professional accents indeed. Thanks everyone for the helpful feedback. Sean (code-man) has been further improving the code. Scallywag are excellent to work with as they know what they want to say and how to say it. Untill next time.

I think the design is nice. However ,unlike the commentor above, I don't like the sound. If I'm listening to mp3's I don't want some disembodied voice to spring up from nowhere. I think if you're going tp add sound to a site you should ALWAYS give the user the option to turn the sound off.

The rest of the site was fine, and the addition of the animated flash helps bring the site to life (something I quite like adding myself)

Ben (above), There is a sound on/off controller on the left.

Maybe it should be off by default...
