nice site, but i think he could of done something with the navigation menu rather than just a plan menu with no 'effects' but overall a nice looking site

I agree with Tommy, the navigation was the first thing that stuck out to me. A simple rollover would be so much nicer. I liked the site okay. The designer has a good grasp on realism and making things look more realistic, and the colors were well chosen.

I liked the site but it needed more about who the company is.

Thanks,
Seth

it has a nice design. maybe it's a little too narrow for my taste, but it is interesting nonetheless. the thing that bothers me is the unstyled submit button on the contact form. forms are always one of the biggest pains in the butt to deal with, but when they are done nicely, it really pays off.

I love the parchment paper effect. Can someone please link to a tutorial or Photoshop brushes/filters I could use to achieve the same effect? I see this style a lot lately and can not figure out how to do it.

I dig the site a lot, but the about page lacks the personality the rest of the site has. I'd love to see some pictures of people, here's a big opportunity to actually make a personal connection with the style of the site, show us some humans!

The colors are sweet and the execution is just right. And yes, some rollovers would be cool.

Amanda: download or buy from iStockphoto real scans of paper. Photoshop brushes and filters are junk, when you're trying to emulate the real thing you should just go scan it! Also check out http://www.cameronmoll.com/archives/000024.html
