There are some js dependent links, however the main nav items work well with js disabled. I was able to browse the site with no problems.

The first word that comes to mind here is 'boring'. There are no colors, light grey is not the best flowing color and the arrows are so 99. As with most CSS websites the navigation is the best part of the site (although still grey!) and the other pages (although still grey!) are slightly easier to follow.

Bottom line colors this dull are usually only ever found on a facsimile.
