It's a great site. Interesting use of png images, fixed background image and a nicely proportioned 3-column layout on the front page.
Grunge is not very easy to do, but Elliot seems to do a great job of it.

I am concerned about readability, although I agree with Mkavici that the readability is (very slightly) compromised because of the background image. That said, I think it's an acceptable trade-off.
