The site is very readable and content layout and structure is very nice, however the flash header is a little annoying. It seems to be glitchy and slow. Overall I have to say, nice work.

The background image is too small (resolution: 1680px by 1050px, 22" screen).

Beautifully designed calendar.

The header is not flash, it's CSS and javascript behaviors, which is precisely why it may be glitchy sometimes. Flash would do wonders for the header, if it were written correctly of course.

The content area are designed nicely with a clean layout. The background image is too much and over kill. It would be cleaner with a more simple background allowing the Flash image area to take "Center Stage." With the background image it is a bit like Circus Soleil you eyes don't know where to look.

Beautiful design! Content layout is really good. Colors are well chosen. JavaScript controls are also very well done.

The background image is not wide enough. Most viewers probably won't notice, but some will and it distracts from an otherwise great site.
An easy way to fix this is to fade the image out on either side. That way down the road you don't have to worry about higher resolutions ruining the experience.
