I'm working on a site concept and have the basics down, I think. In a nutshell, I want to create a simple, well-coded site that highlights sites with great designs and well-formed CSS. It's an award site, in short, to pay homage to great works on the web. My overall goal is to highlight some specific tactic that I liked about the site design/code.

In my own career, I think I have benefitted a great deal by studying good web designers and looking at their code. So this site would be both a design and academic look at particular sites.

Please let me know what you think about the initial rough design and concept. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
