I am looking for one of the best CSS designers in world to design a national Dutch website that serves the most wide audience possible.

Where should I look for one? Should I post a request on this forum or...?

I did like the designs from Jonno Riekwel however its not exactly the style/level of advance I need. The others were to amateuristicly for what I need. I need a design that could be included on this website ;)

The designer does not need to be originated from The Netherlands but rather view the Dutch style from an international perspective as the website will be visited by people from arround the world, not only local people aldough the website is about local city culture. The design needs to provide a base for freedom to express local city culture.

Culture is timeless in sense it includes the past, the current and the future. Its like a process and the design should help people to be able to express their local city culture online.

The Dutch website is only the beginning, once the Dutch website is complete we will need designs for other countries.

Thanks for the links, however, Cameron Moll doesn't have time for a new project. I would have really loved to hire him as his style would be perfect.

I also tried to contact Simplebits however they haven't replied ever since.

So I am still looking for one of the best designers in the world to design a website that will potentially be viewed by milions of people every day!
