my site www.proseef.com was released three month ago, but the pr is zero now, and no customer, little traffic, can you help me and give me some advice

I would start by making sure the site validates.
Currently your site has over 480 errors!
Most of these are the result of using upper-case tags with an XHTML doctype (in XHTML attributes and elements must be all lower-case). Consider either changing the doctype or changing all the tags to lower-case. -
proseef - what have you done to promote your site?
and is PR really a concern for you?
If I were you I'll start by advertising on places like Google Adword. -

I would suggest you first add your site to google, msn, yahoo search. Publish a site map and keep updating the sitemap and the content on your pages every few days to get PR. -
I start and make sure the site looks good on all browsers and that it's bug free. Currently I see some issues, a lot actually. If the site looks ramshackle I wouldn't be buying from there in fear that its a scam site.

Start for check all the XHTML coding, use proper doctype, build a robust Metatags, and publish your site in google or using some links exchange with relevante sites.
