Browser Specific Problems: div content is offset down in IE7

    The center column's content is offset down when you load the page in IE7

    Don't know what is causing the trouble. Strange bug. Tried setting width and padding values but it nothing seems to work OK. Try this in Firefox and it will work fine. IE causes the offset.
