    I am looking for a junior apprentice who has a basic understanding of XHTML, Flash and PHP, but can also use and slice Photoshop files for the web. This is very much a junior role and would be ideal for somebody who wants to gain some realtime work experience and hopefully lead in to a major role in our company

    Hi my name is Ian Cottis the job your talking about would be an ideal place for me to start. I got my diploma last summer in web design and did 2 years in college on the same subject before that. The only thing I haven't done is the php, there was a flash course in with my diploma so i have done a bit of that too.
