    To add order to the way web build sites, I decided to install a bug tracker that is user friendly for both us and clients.

    Personally, I wanted Trac, but since it is written in Python, it requires root access to be installed, and I don't have. I could not find a Trac clone written in PHP. The only one that met the criteria is Bugs - The
    Bug Genie, found at http://bugs-bug-genie.sourceforge.net/ . Unfortunately, it does not have SVN integration. However, I can with that.

    Since I'm used to, "that's not displayed right" type of statements, I'm stuck at the bug categories list. I have a mental block, and I can't populate it. Please post web design related categories.

    If you know of a better bug tracking app, please mention it (and why you think that it is better).

    Jira is a great bugtracking tool:

    It can be integrated with Subversion. We also integrate it with our atlassian wiki:

    I know about Jira. But it is Java. It is commercial.
